Driving Lessons Chelmsford - Instructor Grading

Traditionally, Instructors were graded from 1 to 6.  Every so often, instructors have to teach a pupil under the watchful eye of a DVSA examiner, who sits in the back.  Instructors have to achieve at least a Grade 4 to be retained on the register of instructors.  The majority of instructors were Grade 4.  Ray is a Grade 5 instructor.  The DVSA define Grade 5 as 'a good overall performance'. From April 2014 the grades were changed to A,B and C.

Ray has yet to be assessed under the new grading system.
